Pay Traffic Citation

Welcome to Division B Online Case Resolution

The DeKalb County State Court – Division B is pleased to offer the option of online case resolution (OCR) for certain eligible violations. Instead of having to appear at pre-scheduled date and time, you may be able to resolve your traffic citation(s) more quickly and efficiently online and at your convenience using your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

If you have been charged with only a standing order violation (no other tickets were issued as part of the same incident) and have corrected the issue, you may be able to resolve your case by uploading proof to the OCR platform. If approved by the court, you would then be eligible to pay a reduced fine or  to have your citation administratively dismissed as provided by law. Standing Order Violations include:

  • Expired tag
  • No license on person, expired license, incorrect address on license, wrong class
of license, and wrong endorsement on license
  • Equipment violations, including taillight out, tag light out, headlight out, too much
tint on windows, insufficient tread on tires, cracked windshield, and missing rear
    or side mirrors.

If you have been charged with a traffic violation other than a standing order violation, you can submit your case to OCR. After review of your case, you will be advised whether you are eligible for online case resolution and, if so, how you can proceed resolve your case through OCR.

There are strict time limits for resolving your case through the OCR platform. To resolve your traffic case online, please visit: www.courtinnovations.com/GADCSC/.
